First off, you're better posting your aos related questions in the aos forum and not the k1 one, as the phase you're on is way past k1.

as for your question, it depends. How long have you been working with the company you're at right now? How many months you had the same salary that puts you up the 125%? In theory, if your current income is above the 125% it should be fine, even if past tax transcripts were lower, but your reviewing officer may think otherwise depending of your circumstances

So I'm in the process of filing for the aos, and my tax transcripts are lower than the required limit but at my current job I meet the income guideline needed.

Would I still need a co sponsor because of the tax transcripts?

Depends on how long you have been at your job. You would get a letter from your employer stating how much you make and how long you've had the job and if its on going income, plus your pay stubs should be presented. Safest bet would if you can get a co sponsor
