Can I as the petitioner (husband) go into St. Luke's with my wife and children to help take care of our 6 week old baby while my wife is doing her medical exam? My wife and 6 year old daughter will have their medical done on that day.

Because of the child it may possible you can accompany them.

Do make sure to allow 3 days for the medical as the TB skin requires 3 days.   Weekends can cause scheduling issues, the SLEC websie has info regarding this

Used to be only examinees were allowed inside due to space limitations.

Why not just wait at hotel with the baby.  Also if the baby is also imigrating won't he/she also need medical clearance?

When our baby's CRBA is approved, she will not be immigrating to the US because she will be considered a US citizen. She will not need the medical at St. Luke's or have to go through the visa process. At the end of the CRBA process she will have her US passport. I might stay at the hotel with our baby daughter but if the option is available I will accompany them into St. Luke's.

Ah.. one child is a USC..    There are two children, one is a USC one is not?   Tough to answer.   I know they don't want more people in there as it is a busy crowded place

The one taking the medical is 6 years old.. then you have a 6 week old that is a USC (soon).   I don't see SLEC letting you in with the 6 week old child in tow.    Please keep us posted as I am curious for sure.. (ya I know it killed the cat)
