  What am I deflecting? You claimed there is no misogyny involved but that's all you did. Without any facts there is nothing for me to deflect even if that's what I was trying to do. Which I am not. It's just your opinion this time.

 

  My question, you didn't answer. If it's not misogyny what is it. I agree the last 20 or 50 years have been better than the rest of history in that regard. So statistically we should have a relatively normal distribution of candidates at this point. Since we don't, what else do you think is at the root of it?

    I was thinking beyond just presidential candidates though. Women are really under represented throughout government at all levels in the USA. According to IPU data, we rank 100th in the world at the representative level and not much better at the senate/upper house. Overall there are 96 countries in the world where women are more represented in government than the US. To me that is a dismal statistic for a country such as ours.

Hillary lost against quite possibly the worst candidate the Pubs have had in years. Why, because she was a fake , lying elitist that got caught in more lies than I can list. The middle working class despised in enough numbers to elect Trump. It is really that simple.
