Well just thinking really. I mean, they were supposed to ''help'' watch or get rid of it for the Syrians, and there's some evidence to suggest they've been helping them ''use it'' - and since poison chemicals and such is their thing, thought perhaps if you do believe they did exist and were moved, who better to do the moving at the time?

If I remember correctly there were claims of the Iraqi's and Syrians using fuel tanker trucks as a cover to move them across the Syrian border. By the time the Russians supposedly got involved, those weapons could have been moved anywhere. But it's definitely possible.
