 F1 case complete and waiting for interview # available part 2 you'll see a lot more fb1 over there. I was wondering where was the 2011 people at .

My priority date April 4 ,2011..f1 visa.15 August my father submitted everything to nvc. ..I didn't get any kind of letter or email from embassy.nvc following the visa bulletin? Or they follow the days like they said 30 to 90 days they appoint a interview. one month in advance. ..

You should be expecting correspondence from the NVC, not the embassy. Have you written to, or called the NVC to inquire about the status of your case? You should if you haven't.

Yes I already check from nvc ...They said my Immigrant visa petition is currently on a list of completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers. This petition will be eligible for an immigrant visa interview when a visa number is available per the Department of State's Visa Bulletin. They send me a email at November 3rd. 

November 3rd.2017
The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case.  The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant’s visa application. 

My priority date April 4th 2011..Actually How many days before they send the email for interview ...If they r following the visa bulletin. .This February 2018 for my priority date..

If this is the letter you got then everything's fine. Your F1 April 4 2011 Priority Date isn't current yet. You can only be eligible for a date after your Priority Date becomes current. Only dates before March 15 2011 are current for that category as at the release of the January 2017 Visa Bulletin. You can check again when the February 2017 Visa Bulletin is released later this month.

Sir I understand what ur saying. ..Give me a idea. .If my priority date is current in February. ..usually they issue a interview letter in February or March  for interview schedule
