Good day everyone....am  a newbie here in VJ just wanna ask someone related to my situation. I am from the philippines but currently works in Hongkong..I and my fiance are starting to filled up I-129F. and we decided to have my interview in Hongkong.. I am almost 6 years in My current employer. But i am working here since 2005 do i need to write down all my list of my employment or should i focus on my current employment which is almost 6 years. Since we wanted to have my interview here do i need to write my philippine address or i will write only my hongkong address since th form is asking only at least 5 years.

Thank you..

I *personally* listed all my employments which aren't that many including a 2-month period that I was unemployed although the form only asks for the last 5 years. I did the same for my addresses. I did that because I wanted the USCIS to see the chronology of my work and residence history   With that chronology, it is easy for them to see if I actually need to be submitting more than just one police certificate and also if I have actually lived or worked in the US. But again, my employment and residence history is quite short so that was easier for me than those who switch jobs or move around a lot.

Let's wait for others to chime in :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
