I-864 - Am I filling this out correctly?

Hello, can someone tell me if the pdf look about right in regards to the information I need to fill out? I didn't put personal information, but just what type of information I need to fill out. 

I am confused about Part 3, do I check Yes or No to "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2?" I got a bit confused with the note stated in parenthesis next to the "No," not sure whether it is talking about the question or the option "No." Also, do I just put "None" in all the blank spots? I don't really understand the part that says, "In Care of Name..." would that be my name or his, or respectively in its section? Or, just leave it blank and fill out the mailing information? Does my joint sponsor have to fill out that section as well, In Care of Name?

I will be using a joint sponsor since I do not have the right income to be met. 

 

Another question, if my parents are divorced and I only know information about one parent, do I need to somehow find out information about my other parent, or do I put something like N/A?

I have a few more additional questions:

For Part 6, if I did not file a tax return for 2014, since I did not work, do I check box 20? I am not sure how I would exactly show evidence.

For Part 7, do I have to fill it out since my income did not exceed the Federal Poverty Guidelines? The "Optional" part is throwing me off, unless it is just for those who exceeds the Federal Poverty Guidelines that can skip it.
