I am sorry if this is posted a lot. I am not always that great at searching and finding posts related to what I am looking for.

If the AOS from the K-1 Visa still has not been processed and your EAD/AP is about to expire, do you have to pay the filing fee to renew them?

You will need it, get a replacement.

If you do not get your EAD renewal approved in time for when your current card expires you no longer have to stop working but get an extension. Renewal is suggested at 120 or at least 90 days before expiration.

The uscis rep said to include a letter stating we lost the Noa2 and include the interview waiver letter and the biometrics appointment letter and highlight the receipt#. We sent it out again they received it, so let's see if they accept this. Thank you for your reply!

Link please, I see 120 days. The automatic extension is for 180 days which means that someone with an expired EAD

card does not have to stop working as long as he has applied for the renewal.

Third Biometrics appointment letter received Aug 19, 2016 for Sept. 1, 2016. WTH ?!

EAD/AP (renewal) approval Aug 22, 2016, NOA2 received Aug 25, 2016

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Renewal EAD

If you are still eligible for employment authorization but your EAD will be expiring or has expired, you should file for a renewal EAD by submitting a new Form I-765 and filing fee (if required), unless a fee waiver is requested and approved. Generally, you should not file for a renewal EAD more than 180 days before your original EAD expires.

Sept 13, 2019:  Notice that I-751 was transferred to another office "That office now has jurisdiction over your case"

Mar 5, 2021:  Interview scheduled for April 16, 2021.

Apr 16, 2021:  Interview in Portland, OR. Refused entry to USCIS office due to have traveled abroad in the past 10 days. No interview. However, a few hours after refusal, received notice of approval and card produced!  

Apr 20, 2021:  Card mailed! "On April 20, 2021, we mailed your new card for your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE"

You should receive the hard copy NOA1 soon, we received it 10days from the day we mailed it.

Mailed May 17

Receive date May 22

Notice day May 23
NOA1 hard copy in hand May 27

We received texts May 24

Once I received the new case numbers I entered them into the UCSIS web site and it was updated as received.
You have to enter them into the web site or else you won't see any update on the renewal applications.

OK we still haven't heard anything at all.... but USPS Priority shows the package was indeed delivered. I will call them, not sure if that will help.... anything else i can do???
