New I20, New SEVIS ID, but F1 has old SEVIS...

Another question for this highly educated group :)

The original course for the original I20 is finished, and the school issued me a new I20 with a new SEVIS ID for the next course I plan to take with them, which is a few months out.  Since you have 60 days to leave the country after the expiration of the I20, a trip home is planned.  When you return back to the US, does it matter that your F1 Visa shows the old SEVIS ID?  Or will it be fine that you have the new I20 active and with a new SEVIS ID?
