My husband and I have a home in another state but have been in a different State together helping to take care of his elderly father since we have gotten married .All our mail from our main home has been redirected here to his father's address for 2 years now. We are on the final months of living here , we are trying to sell the house and move back to our real home. I have been working in this State since receiving my Work Visa . We go back to OUR home every 6-7 weeks to maintain our home, relax and Dr.appointments ....My husband goes back more due to me working. He works for himself here. My question is , how do I fill out my "ADDRESS" on my application whereas my Real Home, Driver's License, Primary Doctor , Health Insurance, is in one state and our Joint Bank Account, Telephone Bill, Auto insurance , work is in another state ?

You will just need to explain this in a cover letter to USCIS, just like you have done here.  Your "real home" is your "permanent address" and your other address is temporary due to your husbands family situation.

You won't be the only person that has had this circumstance.  Just be upfront about it and explain it clearly.  If you need to - make a "timeline" showing where you were when you immigrated, when you started taking care of Dad, how you return to your "real home" every 6-7 weeks, etc. and how you work in the state closest to your father-in law.

Best of luck to you and your family.
