Hello everybody,

I really appreciate your help.

Unfortunately we got the DOB of my petitioner wrong in the I-129F and therefor it is also wrong in NOA1.

I only noticed when I received the NOA1. It is actually a stupid typing mistake, instead of 06/08 we put in 08/06.

We also filed the birth certificate with the I-129F. In the birth certificate there is of course the correct DOB.

What can we do to correct it? I looked online on USCIS website but there is only the opportunity to change address.

Shall my fiancé call USCIS and explain/correct it?

Heeeelp please, this gives me a stomach ache.

Yup that`s how all this happened.

I filled in the information and we over here in Germany do dd/mm so I got it wrong in the first place.

What address did you send your letter to? The lockbox facility?
