Hello everybody,

we are about to prepare our I-134 and there is the question asking for relationsphip to sponsor.

I know that my Fiancé has to file one but he doesn`t meet the income requirements.

So my "co-sponsor" is my mother in law to be`s boyfriend, they are not married so he is actualling

not really becoming my father in law.

What shall I write down in relationship to sponsor? Just family friend? Will that do the deal?

I am confused, sorry.

Can anyone tell me how much $ I need to show in the bank account  for I134? I will need to complete one for my fiancé in about a month but I need to prepare financially. Does anyone know how much I need to have in my bank account to be considered a viable sponsor?  I will complete one for my fiancé in about a month but I need to prepare financially. Does anyone know how much I need to have in my bank account to be considered a viable sponsor?

Why does the form ask for  debt ? I have a lot of school debt, do I include it?

Check this out:

https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

Usually, talking of a K1 visa, you do need 125 % of HHS poverty guidelines as income requirements.

Oh and yes of course you do put in your debt. Always be honest.
