Is there any way or visa I can use to find EB-3(EW-3) green card sponsorship work contract inside and outside US? (Now I know I couldn't use travel visa in order to find local employment)

Whether should I go through the immigration companies or go through the employment agencies by myself, I was informed by some immigration agencies they would charge me plenty of dollars to conduct this service.

But I was informed by AILA's attorney in New York, they would only charge me 7,000 USD for green card sponsorship official application. So now I tend to find out the position all by myself(means by going through employment agencies not immigration agencies)

Now I'm researching on Yelp and Google, and I can only find 3 employment agencies on Google and I just couldn't reach their connection(I will probably call them from Skype directly recently), and no luck on Yelp(can't specify certain type of employment agencies on Yelp), so please let me know if you have more information about this type of agency.

Would love to hear about more from you fellows.

Best regards, Dashen Yang

Very tough and lengthy route you are thinking about going there, especially the labor certificate. Without knowing any of your credentials you should check if you believe that you are fulfilling the general requirements and then start too look online for jobs offers that might fit you and apply.

Why cant you then apply for a visitor visa and come for interviews?

I have no experience with agencies but find them very dubious in general.

You can use a visitor visa, most job applications are now on line.

What do you mean by most job applications are now online? As I described I can't find the list of employment agencies online which are supposed to manage those jobs for the chain store. Can you list websites examples for me to find? But I aim for those kind of jobs with green card sponsorship in the beginning of the contract.

So I can use a visitor visa to find local employment in the States?(the one with 3 months period)

No one is going to sponsor you for a green card unless you've worked for them for some time, like on a H1b. How are others filing for H1Bs, like the Indians and Chinese?

Taiwan nationals are eligible to enter under vwp for up to 90 days.

Yeah, I understand that principle, but there are lots of immigration agencies inside outside America are offering that giving you green card before work start but the premise is you have to finish at least one year contract to make that green card eligible. They are normally chain stores and managed by local employment agencies as I was informed.

Chain stores? I have no idea what you mean, what is your specialist skill set?

Easiest route is to get a transfer with your current employer.

What chain stores are you talking about? Like Walmart or something?

Either you

- work for company that can transfer you to the US.

- You apply for a job online and get hired and then most likely on an H1B and a later GC sponsoring but that usually takes years.

- you get hired as a skilled worker under EB2 or EB3

- you apply for EB-1 or EB-2 NIW if you have the references.

- you start your own investment to get an investor visa or EB-5 Greencard if you invest a high amount. Both have to be approved first with a business plan.

Those are some of the common options and all are different in requirements and costs.

Chain stores like fast-food chain store or just dessert or waffle(of course there are some factories too), I'm gonna go with EB-3's branch EW-3 (unskilled type of worker), it says by lawyers in New York that if the job offering advertises in local newspaper for two Sunday without enough workers apply for, it can go with this procedure.

Now I'm just stucked at finding the right and suitable position and location for me to apply, there were some of immigration agencies offered me job in fast-food at big cities like New York and Los Angeles. As a conclusion I just made in the top of this topic if anyone can help me to find the employment agencies anyhow either online or at local agencies in America, I'm willing to try then.

I am sorry but  huh?

Hope you don't take it offensive, but I know plenty of "skilled workers" that take 15 years an more to finally get a GC and you get one right away by working at a fast food chain?

Could it be that it is nonsense what those agencies are telling you and they just trying to get some non-refundable deposit from you? There are millions of citizens and permanent residence to take such jobs here.

Go ahead and proof me that I am wrong but to me that sounds VERY strange.

There are the type of agencies exist as you said, but there are agencies which are willing to give you refund if you can't pass the government procedure, there are no evidence to suggest every application ends up success to get a green card right away but it will be evidence soon for the latest application from Taiwan and other countries(first wave was at 2015 with my Internet research)

As far as I know on the Internet there are people who have objection with such as this program, but there are supporter online too, it seems to be half to half. There are also plenty of attorney locally wanna scam your money with (claim to be illegal procedure, such as form a alliance with employer and agencies under your back, which is specified by the law they couldn't do this)

What am I going to do is to seek out if this program is eligible then I would apply since it's probably the shortest term to get me live and travel free in the States, if it's not, I think I will use student or work visa and get a green card sponsorship later.

Nobody is going to sponsor you to flip burgers.

Sorry to say but I doubt it as well and you should really stay away from paying any money into this! Sounds very much like a fake thing!

But it has approval file in some US government sites online. EW-3 approval which I'm pretty sure it's true.
