Hello All,

my name is Lee, I have started my visa journey. I don't know how I could have done it without all the information I found here—Venessia and i really appreciate it.

I mailed my K-1 petition on the 27th of March it was received on the and have already received my first Notice of Action, hopefully this is sign of good things to come.

I will be leaning on you guys with the experience to help guide me though the process and asking your forgiveness in advance to for anything stupid that I might ask. My heart goes out to everybody who are also missing their significant other—its heart-wrenching—it's really tough.

welcome to vj mate..good luck and i hope it is a fast approval...

this is a wonderful site and glad you found it..read all your guides print out the flowchart for the K1 that helps tremendously ..and use the search engine if your stuck on anything ..plenty of posts about anything on here...

REMOVING CONDITIONS

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..
