We're at the very beginning of a K1 and I need her to print/sign G325A and Letter of Intent and mail them to me to add to my I-129F.

Can she simply tri-fold the two documents and then mail them from the local (Balamban, Cebu) post office?  Am I correct in assuming 8-12 days delivery time?

Cebu City is quite a distance, so DHL or Fed-X does not seem an option.

I know the postal service is not safe either way.  In the past I always simply use a piece of scotch tape so that the envelope can be opened easily.  My thought is if someone needs to rip it to see if it contains valuables it's likely to be trashed--if it's easy to open and easy to reseal with no indication of tampering, it'll likely to go on its way.

I've just started working on the I-129F.  Are there any other documents that I'll likely need from her right away?

Thanks

The beneficiary can sign, scan and email documents to the petitioner for the I-129f.

Originals are not required for this from the beneficiary.

Agreed with above. My filipina fiancee did exactly that and it was approved 3/24/2017. Wet signatures are not required at this stage.

When it comes time for the interview, the I-134 should still have a wet signature from the petitioner, though. The I-864 very recently changed to permit scanned prints, but I haven't seen anything for the I-134 explicitly yet. Assuming that doesn't change by the time of the interview, I'd suggest using DHL or FedEx or something...USPS to PH is not reliable.

You should be fine with scanned copies.

USCIS did a memo awhile back about being able to use scanned copies for the G-325A during the I-129F petition process.

The instructions for the I-129F states that a statement from both the petitioner and beneficiary is needed, no mention of original signatures.

" b. Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e)'s entry as a K-1. Evidence of your intention to marry may include a statement of intent to marry.  "
