Sup VJers,

So, got an RFE. Need the vaccination worksheet (DS-3025) transcribed to the I-693. Problem is, the civil surgeon places are pushing on me having a full-on medical exam again. Read the I-693 instructions and it says that I shouldn't have to cause I passed the I-485 within 1 year of the medical exam at Manila. Thoughts?

If your medical hasn't been a year then you don't need a full medical provided that you have all the vaccinations that are required. You just need to keep calling to ask other civil surgeon offices in your area. Transcription fee varies from clinic to clinic.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

As long as your DS-3025 is no older than 1 year and it is complete then all you need is to send a copy of the DS-3025 with your packet.  No need to see a civil surgeon.

Already submitted my packet and all that juicy stuff. RFE was received during interview. RFE states that I need my vaccination worksheet transcribed to I-693 :(

I don't agree with USCIS on that as the I-485 instructions are very clear and the DS-3025 is a government form for vaccinations.

Whoever interviewed you is an idiot!  I would want to talk to his supervisor.
