money order and the envelope, because the rest of the paperwork has my home address.

The address on your money order is exclusively used in tracking payment. It will not affect your filing. The accounting office will only care if the fee is correct, and your name as well as the payee's name.

I recommend paying by check, I paid by MO and could not view the back of the money order online so it was a real issue when I tried to find out my receipt number (stamped on the back) especially when I wasn't mailed the NOA-1 by snail mail.
