I had a question about EP.  My wife's embassy Is one of the few that on the NVC website states we could file electronically. However, our lawyer says that they sent our IV package and AOS through mail instead. Their reason is that  we had never filed electronically before hence, we could not use that option. Is this true? Thanks

Not true at all. Also, EP is much faster: your case can be complete within 2-3 weeks.

Thank you for the reply. I had a feeling after reading some posts on VJ about EP. I am so upset that they have set us back.
