I'm in process of getting my Green Card from K-1 visa and my cousin wants to study English (F-1)

Hey everyone, I'd like if anyone here has experienced a situation like this or has some advice.

I got married a couple months ago and I am finishing the process of my K-1 visa to Permanent Resident. Just got my biometrics done last week and will soon be receiving my work permit.

Anyway, my cousin from Brazil is trying to get a job in a cruise but he needs to practice his English conversation and grammar skills and he thought about doing an exchange program to the US, since I'm living here and he would like to stay at my house while doing so, to save some money in accommodation.

At this point I found 2 options:

1) He goes normally through an exchange program, pays all the travel agent fees and mention that he has housing, transportation and meals or (HIGH cost);

2) I found a couple of SEVP certified exchange programs that are cheaper but he wouldn't have any assistance from the exchange program people in his home country, I'd help him get all the documents ready (LOW cost).

I'd really like to help him and make him save money but I'm afraid that because of my current status the immigration will think he has intent to stay. He is young and hard working, he studies English every day by himself but needs to become more fluent in conversation, mostly. He is saving the money to study English but doesn't have many ties to Brazil except his car and maybe his lease payments from the house he currently resides.

Anyone has any advice? Should he pursue something in another country or wait until my status changes? Or he shouldn't try at all?

Thanks friends!
