I just mailed my documents today but I'm not going to lie this is very stressful the waiting and all of that. I have a question for you am I eligible to apply for naturalization since I'm here based on marrige? And if yes should I just do it now?

You've been so helpful in helping me in this process and I really apriciate that so thank you for that.

And did you get any updates since you filed for removal of the condtions just wondering?

You become eligible for naturalization 3 years to the date your initial Green Card got approved. Like the i-751, a 90 day window opens up prior to that date when you can submit your paperwork. So, I'm assuming that would be around Feb next year that you can send in the paperwork.

I had my biometrics appointment earlier this month, all went smoothly so now it's just a waiting game like everyone else!

At the end of my journey!

BTW, this may be a silly question - but, I'll try. So the documents need to be sent no earlier than 90 days before the expiration date of the "green card".

Should the documents also be *dated* no earlier than 90 days? I.e. when filling out and signing the I751 form, should we put a date that's less than 90 days from that time? I guess we could always do that regardless, just "to be safe" but curious as to the official answer.

I would assume yes, that they need to be signed after the 90 day window opens, because it may look on paper that you tried to file before you were allowed, Just make signing the paperwork the last thing you do before you mail.

That's a very good question. i  hope that it doesn't matter because I had documents that dated march 30 and I send my documents on may 23rd. So hopefully it will be fine.

And also this is what I had:

Copies of the ids of the bulding where we live in and where it states "Student Spouse"

Copies of my green card

Copies of both of our passports

Copies of tickets of us travling together

A letter from chase where it states that I was added to my husbands account as an athorized user

Recipets where he bought me gifts

Recipets where I bought him gifts

Movie ticekts

When my husband surpiresed me to go to my country and see my grandmother whos going through breast cancer and he got me a ticekt so I can go and see her

Around 42 pics of us travling together and with friends

Recipts when we went to Ikea to buy furnitrue together for our apt

An example when my friends family invited me and my husband for dinner at their house

And of course the check.

Did you sign the actual i751 dated March?

And your list of evidence looks good to me! You have a wide variety of evidence showing that you're a true and genuine couple!

I believe the actually I751 I singed it in one of the dates of April. I think April 4rth or something like that. I should be fine right? It's not like I sent it before the 90 days. Do you think I'll be fine?
