Anyone who has successfully went through this process, I have a few questions!

My fiance & I has 25 days until our wedding, so just to be clear before we start mailing this stuff out; 

First question: 

When we mail out the AOS form I-485, do we mail the Advanced Parole/US Travel documents form I-131 & the form I-765 for US employment in the same envelope all together?

Second question: 

 Advanced Parole/US Travel documents form I-131, is this for a US Passport?

Second question: 

 Advanced Parole/US Travel documents form I-131, is this for a US Passport?  No, it is a document allowing you to travel outside the country and return while waiting on your official green card. US passports are only for US citizens.

To ad to this, with the advanced parole/travel documents, you still will use your Ghana passport, so if you travel somewhere, you need to ensure you have the appropriate visa to enter that country still regardless if the USC needs one or not.

Make sure you put 6 passport style pictures in your envelope together with the paperwork and the eligibility category for the I-765 is C9.

Yes, you file all in the same envelope and AP/travel means you can travel but you will still use your country passport and proper visa to enter your country if you travel there.
