Dear People,

Here is my concern:

Last tuesday I got my interview (K1 Fiance Visa) all went well and we were approved, Ive been tracking the website https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV daily for updates. Now ive been in the following status for the last week:

28 march: day of interview Immigrant Visa Application ready

30 march: Nonimmigrant visa Application ready

30 march: Nonimmigrant visa Application Administrative Processing

3 april: Update Nonimmigrant visa Application Adminsitrative Processing

4 april: Updated to Nonimmigrant Visa Application Ready

Now you see it changed all from non immigrant while after the first I was expected to see Issued yesterday or today, im confused worries and have a bad feeling about this.

Anybody can help me in this case to ease my mind?

Thanks!

Also the officer told me to expect my passport with the visa within a week, this is pretty sad they make a promise and then not deliver..

Administrative processing takes as little or as much time as it requires. And you are not from a high fraud country so just wait a little. I am sure your visa will be issued pretty soon :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

The problem is not the administrative processing but it changed from that back to ready?

It happens more often than you think. You are really just stressing yourself up. Really.
