hi me and my wife married for 2 years we have filed for green card, but i before we go to interview, we got into slide conflicts of our relationship, so we basically i did not go to interview,and flew back to my country,it s been almost 2 years ! still we are married on papers, and we talk few times a month, not that good relationship, now she wants file divorce ! is there any way that she can file a green card for me, or get me visa ? she is ready to do help me. any chances anyone see and help me, what kindda papers she can file for me and help me. ?

If your marriage was in good shape, she could've filed for a spousal visa for you. But, that does not work if you are getting a divorce. Did you overstay/stay illegally in the US last time you were there? 

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

marriage was in good shape only,i have date her more 6 months before i got married.i went to visit visa to marry her.i never over stayed in usa, i entered on visist visa we got married then we filled for papers i got my ead card for 1 year before it i left the country, so no over stay.

There's nothing your soon to be ex-wife can do for you. Why do you want to move to the US if not to be with her? You would have to qualify for a visa on your own merits (do you have special skills?), or try the lottery.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

lottery does not happen in my country. or i carry no special skill,i am an artist, i just paint ! that s all i do.yeah there is no point moving there,maybe i was considering because life it little good there.in terms of quality

As you both are not planning to be together, there is no option which allows her to file for you. Maybe if you both sought counselling and worked out your differences; but apart from that there are no options left for you.

 

I hope you're in good shape. Ending marriage can be tough at any point in life. Stay strong. Good luck.

06/18/2019 -- Sent the package (3 Days before GC expires, cutting it close). Sent to Lewisville, TX via FedEx Ground

06/19/2019 -- Package received at around 9:30 AM (Hoping I don't get rejected for missing deadline)

06/24/2019 -- Card was charged with $680 fees. Text Message received confirming Receipt. Case routed to NBC (Case Number starts with 'MSC')

06/28/2019 -- NOA Hard Copy & 18 Months Extension Letter Received in Mail with NOA Date as 06/19/2019

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

07/22/2019 -- Biometrics Appointment Complete

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.

03/04/2022 -- USCIS status changed to approved.

03/26/2022 -- N-400 online application complete. NOA Date.
