Hey guys,

I'll get to the point.

We are a month late for filing for AOS after wife entered on K1 Visa.

Are there any other forms that we need to fill with out i485?

How does filing late affect us in regards to AP and EAD and of course the legal status?

And lastly, regarding i693 (medical)...wife got her medical done and submitted all her docs at point of entry, but we have no clue what forms they have. All we have is a copy of ds3025. So do we still get i693 filled out or what?

Thanks in advance.

As long as you married within 90 days I believe I-130 isn't necessary to file.

Submit a copy of it if you want. I didn't. I didn't have one. No RFE's so far. All I submitted was copies of my vaccination records

First of all you are not late as there is no specified deadline to file the AOS.  There are no additional forms unless you are talking about the I765 (employment authorization) and I131 (advanced parole) as well as the list of forms in the I485 guide when adjusting from a K1 marriage (I864, and G325).

As to the medical form, for a K1 you only get a copy of the 3025 for your records, if this is complete, you should not need to do anything as USCIS should have a copy of the complete I693 from the POE.  If the 3025 is not complete, you will need to get the required vaccinations and have a civil surgeon transcribe them onto a new 3025.  Some CSs require you to do a complete new medical, so you may have to shop around to find one that will do just the 3025 transcription.

Beyond that Good Luck!
