hi,,please anybody who knows something about this,,,

my husband is on SSI and SECTION 8 were living together but i am unreported and i have to file my taxes before the deadline and i want to know what is going to happen if i file mt tax married filing jointly,,,i want to know the extremity of the effects and how it will complicate my REMOVAL OF CONDITION next month;;

please give me some advice about this matter...

i really appreciate it,,,i will definitely file my taxes my worries are should my husband report first to social security and section 8 that we are living together before i file my taxes or go ahead file my tax anyways? and if so what are the possible effects,,,

please anybody who know something bout this..
