hello everybody

i just want to ask why my wife didn't get any answer from the uscis center service(nebraska); she sent the I130 form on the 22nd february, and i'm just worried , cause ive seen some members timeline and most of them gets the NOA1 in 2 weeks maximum.

Nebraska does not process the I-130 and they would have forwarded this to California. This would have caused a delay.

Hello ,i have no answer for u but am interested in when u get ur NOA1 ,i just sent the I-130 to usins in Vermont for my wife and they received it on March 13 ,so im a bit curious also when i shud receive the NOA1 also .I have been looking at timelines online and they pretty much indicate u shud get it from 10 - 21 days .I hope its sooner as well as i hope u get urs soon also

Try a timeline search on K-3s, that should give you an idea of what to expect. Good luck

relax, as long as they get the paper work, you will recieve your NOA1. I was worried too, but it will come. Need lots of patience. The reason for the delay is cause it goes to another service center. Look at my signature, it took some time before i got my NOA1

Take a look at my timeline too to get you an idea...and searching for time in CR1/IR1 thread will definitely give you an idea of how long will it take before you got your NOA1
