Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Under total income do I add up my w2's. Or use the total income on the 1040 form?  I have total wages and total income as two different amounts because I have income that is non taxable.  Hopefully this is my last question on this form. Thanks!

When you move the thread, i cannot longer find.  How can I find it?

You can write whatever you want in there and USCIS will take your word for it. Eventually a consular officer will look at it and make the adjudication based on what your 1040 tax return says. If you need your non taxable income to meet the poverty guidelines I would note that in a cover letter to the form otherwise the officer may not register that..

Dumb question (maybe). I have 4 dependents but on the form itself the #1 is outo populated  where it asks you to add items 1-7. Where do I writhe the 4?
