What I am saying is protectionism does not promote growth, it trumps it(no pun). Gross domestic investment is a very important component of GDP and a wider trade deficit goes hand in hand with higher gross domestic investment and vice versa. Sorry, but that's as close to English as I can get it.

Because I asked oriz about something he said in another thread , that was pertinent to his wall of text comment . I am sure you find the NSA spying on private citizens amusing , since it's your side . I don't. I don't care if they are liberals,  conservative or party affiliation. 

 

I love my freedom and the protection of the constitution more than ,  yah my side won.

 

Much like the parable of King  Solomon and the cutting of the baby in half, many of the MDL and MDR would slip into a totalitarian state, just to stick it to the other side.

So now we have an additional boatload of questions.  Let's look at both of them.  My only point is it appears that Trump (and possibly others from the RNC) have been under watch for some time and so far we have seen nothing of substance.  As to the other question, we don't know except some dialogue from some current and former high level staffers from the previous Administration and the fact that Adam Schiff has all of the sudden gone quiet after he has seen the information.  It is very telling, let's learn more!

And you expect anyone to take the Left seriously with all their narratives?  Who believes Trump has super human powers?  I do believe when he took office, he and his staff now had access to what the NSA has been doing.  Now this has been disseminated to both of the house leaders from the Intelligence Committee, and we shall see.  What is telling is that The HIC Democratic Leader Adam Schiff has all of the sudden become much less vocal.  As you say, context is everything.

 

But what really galls me is all this screaming about how the election of Trump is going to lead to the country imploding.  Sure, when Obama was elected, there were extremists that said the same thing, but for the most part they were marginalized as most people with a shred of intelligence knew there were checks and balances that would curb him, and now Trump from becoming a king.  As to the hateful democrats, I bring forward the wonderfully uplifting speech by the DNC chair Tom Perez.  It certainly spoke of love, inclusion and tolerance.

 

Lastly, if the investigation does turn up some uber Nixonian activities by the former Administration, will the Obama supporters accept those?  If there is any substance to the Trump Russian collusion narrative, I will certainly accept those, but as I stated, so far we have seen nothing other than some silly diagrams that don't amount to substance and border on tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theories.

trump is a disaster, he lacks all substance - he is a con. i can't even compare obama and trump, trump is so completely unqualified. i don't put obama in the category of unqualified.

i don't like tom perez, i'm not a democrat. i'd like to see them all go down, and democratic socialism to take it's place as second party (since we'll only ever be allowed two).

i'm not at all concerned about the investigation turning up anything on the former administration. i know conspiracy theories, so does trump and his boy alex jones. they're setting up these little distractions, accusing folks of crimes while proving nothing, when trump is in a position to declassify anything he had. trump is a con, plain and simple.

Didn't President Obama initiate something toward the end of his term regarding making it easier to disseminate classified information?  I am not too worried about Nunes as Rep. Gowdy is a pretty good fill in.

 

If you are talking about the Democratic Socialism that Bernie Sanders espoused, I would disagree, as he defined it as the government owning all the means of production.  Definitely not something I want to see as efficiency and work ethic will take a nose dive.
