Mine was received March 29th and I just got it back in the mail. It was rejected because I downloaded I-129F before December 23rd because I thought we would be filing around Christmas, and didn't think to check for an updated form once they raised the fee. I hope for your sake that they are just processing yours a little slower and it will be accepted, but you might also want to check the mail for your returned package if your form is older. Yeah, I filled out the correct version of the form, sent it back with all the other stuff they returned, and it got to the PO box this morning.

hey we got the same situation fill one out the new form of I-129f is that the old form they are talking about? how the letter of intent the g325a? did you had to make a new one of those? please help

I'm sorry to hear you're in the same situation. I used the I-129f that came out on December 23rd, but it looks like they put a new form up on the website yesterday. I sent back the exact same G325a, letters of intent, etc., and only changed the I-129f. The brand new I-129f looks like it combines both of the G325as, but they'll accept the 12-23-16 version for a few more months. If you can't access the 12-23-16 version, I can try to upload it here.

Of course, this is just what other people here suggested to me to do. I won't know if they'll accept this for another week or so, but I can let you know when they cash my check.

my fiance print out the new form which has like 13 pages. is that the one? file:///C:/Users/kmagenderan/Downloads/i-129f%20(1).pdf could you check if thats correct? we download it directly from the USCIS website

did u also include affidavit of support? w2 itr and pay stubs employment cert?

That's a file on your computer...we can't access it.

Those aren't needed for the I-129F, and would be outdated by the time they reach the embassy. Include those at the interview.

I'm attaching the one I used. The USCIS website says they'll accept it until 6/9/17. It's pretty much identical to the one we both sent the first time. The 13 page form you just downloaded is new as of yesterday.

 

Also, no, I didn't include the affidavit of support or any financial information.

They might have just missed sending you a notif. Check your mailbox too, maybe the hardcopy is there already. :))

they sent our packet back. we download the old form.
