Awesome! Thanks for telling me about that. I'm still learning about a lot of the features here on VJ. There's so much stuff, and it's all very helpful. I'll give it a look.

I called my bank to see if my money order was cashed, and they said they will call me back tomorrow and they'll let me know! Fingers crossed.

My package was picked up on 28 March as well.  I logged on to the USPS site to check on it.  There is a related tracking number.  It says I should have my hard copy tomorrow.  Still haven't gotten an email/text from USCIS though.

Just an advise..be patient. It takes around 2 weeks for NOA1 so around this week you should get something. Use the rest of the patience for the NOA2, I have been waiting for almost 140 days to get news about it but hopefully you won't have to wait that long.

I stressed about it too. Mine was delivered on March 27, just received my NOA1 text/email a few hours ago today. You'll probably see yours tomorrow, just a little longer : )

Hmm... well from what I have been gathering, the txt/emails are unreliable, but let me know if you get your hard copy.

Yeah, I have a good idea about the wait times for NOA2. It has to drive you nuts, doesn't it? But at the end of this whole process we have built up our tolerance and patience for things I guess. I know it's gonna suck to wait, but it's part of the process. I like to gather other people's experiences. It makes it much more interesting for me, and it helps me focus on the goal. I'm sorry you had to wait that long, hopefully you hear something soon!

Yes it does get to a point where it either drive you nuts or you just sit down like..why me? haha as much as it's taking me so long trust me..there's a lot of people getting their NOA2 after 70/90 days so no worries. It does drive me nuts because my case it's pretty simple so I guess more than anything..i don't get it why it is taking so long. I would advise besides patience to be prepared. If you don't have papers that you'll need, I would gather them slowly as when you get NOA2 and NVC then you'll have less to gather and the process will be quick. I really hope your case goes fast and you two get to be together, I would not wish (not even to my worse enemy) to have to wait as long as I'm waiting for the NOA2

I was talking to another friend who said that the cases are backlogged, but that wouldn't have anything to do with it would it? I'm still learning stuff here, so sorry if I am wrong. Yeah, I am unlucky myself! Lol. I look at people's timelines on here and see some of their total approval times from the I-129F all the way to the interview to be anywhere from 109 days (I was like wow when I seen that) to roughly 179 days. Hopefully I fall somewhere in between that number. That wouldn't be horrid for anything. Just hopefully I don't have to wait too long. Yes! I am actually already starting to prepare the papers for NOA2. I don't have too much to gather for NOA2 so that is a good thing, but another pain in the *** package to fill out lol. Ugh, such a pain. But like I said, so worth it. I'm glad I decided to do this without an attorney too, because oh my god it would have been too expensive when anyone can do this, you just have to read and research. I'm super sorry though hun, just keep at it, you're doing a wonderful job and you will hear something soon!  I can sense it.

Now that I'm home, what I thought was going to be the hard copy was the card that goes with the certified mail I sent.  I did get the text that the package was received and I should get the hard copy in the mail soon.  I'm thinking not tomorrow...
