Thanks for that info, that’s exactly what I had but I filed N400 too. So maybe mine will be different. Congrats again!

If you filed N400, your timeline will now be based on your local office's processing times for N400 from what I understand.  My local office is slow, so I decided to wait for my GC to get approved first before filing for naturalization so I can at least have something in my hands.  I hope you hear something soon!

Naturalization:

12/13/18: File online application

12/15/18: Receive notification for biometrics appointment (no date)

12/31/18: Biometrics

02/25/19: Receive interview letter (April 8 )

04/08/19: Interview, approved!

04/12/19: Oath scheduled for April 26

04/26/19: Oath Ceremony! 🇺🇸

ROC:

04/26/17:  Sent ROC package

04/27/17:  Package received

05/20/17:  Biometrics letter received

06/02/17:  Biometrics

08/22/18:  Card being produced

AOS from F1 visa:

08/16/14: Sent AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

08/19/14: Package received at Chicago Lockbox

08/22/14: Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails

08/22/14: Checks cashed

08/26/14: Hard copies of NOA's received in mail

08/27/14: Biometrics appointment notice received. Scheduled for 9/8/14.

09/08/14: Biometrics

11/14/14: File service request (Day 88)

11/24/14: EAD/AP approved (Day 98)

12/01/14: EAD mailed

12/03/14: EAD received

03/12/15: Status changed to Testing & Interview

04/16/15: Interview, no decision

07/17/15: "Your card is in production" email!

08/07/15: Card mailed

This is what I thought also. But my case was never transferred to National Benefits Center like others had when they joint filed so I’m wondering if they still plan on doing them separate. I also received my extension notice from CSC. Time will tell! I’m moving next month and the county I move too has much quicker processing times than Los Angeles so hopefully that might speed things up.

Filed divorce waiver here, case transferred to TSC on 7/6. Haven't heard anything yet. All I can do is wait paitently.

Thanks for the response! Mine was transferred to TSC on 7/6 as well. This gives me a glimmer of hope. I guess we'll just update each other, whoever gets an interview or receives the GC first.. :(

Oh ya. Especially seeing some May filers already had some progress. Oh well what I can do next is initiating an inquiry when it hits to the date on their website. Other than that don't know what to do but wait.

I am anticipating the same for me but you got this.. I have heard success stories behind RFEs (waived interviews).

I was told that all you have to do is follow exactly what they mention in the RFE and if need be, provide more docs than what they ask... you got this, i'll pray for you

We received his 18 month extension letter from CSC today. Nothing else has happened with his case. No transfer notification other than the Feb glitch which

still shows (4) times that it was received at our local office. We did file for his N400 - Las Vegas is slow and indicates he has another 8 months before that

case is completed. We are hoping that the green card gets approved soon just to get some satisfaction of progress.

Congratulations to all who have their approval for the 10 yr Green Card and good luck to those who are applying for the N400 next.

I am in the same boat as you. Filed N400 also and had the same messages about a case transfer in February. Received no updates since either. I filed two days before you did. Good luck on your journey and please keep me updated :) I am in Los Angeles.

Not sure what is going on at CSC, but we received an 18 month extension letter today. This is strange because we were approved and received her green card earlier this month.

I’d like to know if his case is still at CSC or transferred to our local office in Vegas waiting to combine with his N400.

I tried calling one  afternoon to the CSC, but they refused to speak to me without Kev there (he was at work) to give his permission. I was so used to being able to call for status and push them along when we were going through the process of our CR 1 case. I understand why they do it due to maybe a recent Ex attempting to mess with an application, but honestly if the application shows you filed still married they should allow the citizen spouse to check on matters too. I did send in an online inquiry for status and the reply was that they would give a response by Sept 9th. So i’ll I give it till they respond and then I’ll make another call when we both can be on speaker phone with an agent.

If I find out any info or we see movement I’ll let you know.

What is the time estimate for your local office for the N400?  Las Vegas is 13.5 - 21 months. I’m glad we filed our two cases together because the wait times overlap and we get to the final finish line faster and then done with all the waiting once and for all.

Just got an update saying RFE has been mailed out today.

Also, I think we are approached about 15 month timeline from filing time, so depending on the officer who handle the case may think they need up-to-date, revised documents. Last time I heard was that our biometric data is valid for 15 months, so if our pending time is long enough, we may get to another notice for having new biometric data collected for background check again, and need to provide updated info for bona-fide marriage proof such as latest tax year documents and/or etc.
