I am VSC...Somehow I never really gotten any real updates on my case, which is suspicious and annoying. I got the "case received" update 5 times, and no email or text notification lol.

I got a letter today saying " According to our records ,you previously received an I-751 receipt notice that extended your conditional resident status for 12 months. Due to delays in processing USCIS is now extending your conditional resident status for 18 months. etc, etc....  

 

My question is, is this another extension letter?

 

April filer here, my case got transferred to local office February 25, 2018. Then it was transferred again in another service center (Vermont) July 19 2018.

Hopefully next update will be the most awaited update.

we received the same 18-month extension letter as well, after one and a half months we received the green card (10 years)

I have this in my USPS email:

Looks a bit different from someone else's mail scan last week...It has the statue of liberty and some ribbons....

 

Now I'm nervous and can't wait till the end of day today....Could it be a ref? The 18 month extension ? Or approval?

 

But tier 2 last week said my case was transferred to another service center...sooooo confused!

congrats to everyone that got their approval! it seems things are finally happening :)

 

I received last week a notice of transfer from CSC to VSC, notice date 07/18; and received yesterday NOA for 18 month extension, notice date 08/06

original received date it 05/02/2017, filed April 19th 2017.

 

Hopefully light at the end of the tunnel!

OOOps, sorry, wrong thread...I am a MAY 2017 filer.

 

Surprise, surprise!

This morning I got my usual text message update and first I wasn't paying attention to it, since I expected the same old story. BUT: it said "we have taken an action...". So I logged in my USCIS account and it said "Card is produced". YEAH! 4 months under the 19 months estimated process time of CSC. The case status USCIS page still does show "case received" but logging into "My USCIS" seems to be updated sooner. However, I don't care....I'll wait now for the GC in the mail...I might call to confirm...

 

Timeline:

05/03/2017 I-751 delivered

08/14/2018 GC will be produced and emailed!

The exact same thing happened to us, except I saw last week the card was produced. I was actually worried when I got this email today that something had changed, but logging in again showed as of August 3rd card has been mailed. So hopefully we see the card soon! We got transferred to VSC a couple weeks ago.
