Anyone got an insight on whether the new September rule regarding RFE will apply to us as well as the September onwards applicants? Thanks for any input guys!

Sorry my phone is acting up and am not able to add links. If you head to USCIS website and check the news you will see regarding denial without issuing an rfe.

oh i see! well thats no fun

but it says

"This updated guidance is effective September 11, 2018 and applies to all applications, petitions, and requests, except for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) adjudications, received after that date. "

So based on that sentence i think it only applies to the applications sent after sept 11, 2018

Ya u r correct...and its also abt when someone initially send the application to Uscis...which thy hav right to deny the application if it is incomplete, wrong or not up to their standards...without issuing Rfe!
