any updates from CSC transferred to Nebraska filers? I submitted ROC on March 2017.

On April 4 2018 I got a mail that they transferred my papers in Nebraska to speed it up. April 7, 2018 I filed n400 online and had biometrics on April 30, 2018. Since then I dont have any updates from both ROC and N400.

I read a CSC March 2017 filer transferred to Texas was approved already.. I hope to hear more.

Dear everyone

i have a question. i filed in 4/10/2017 and my 2 years green card expried in 7/7/2016. so my extension letter will expire soon in july 2018. i do have some emergency problem that i have to travel abroad in august. is anybody here travel with I551 stamp in their passport? because my extension letter already expire at that time so i get an info pass appointment to get my stamp (hopefully they will give it to me). thank you very much.

I have a question, Do i need to get an infopass if my extension letter will expire on July this year? I’m not going anywhere/ travel outside the country though.

I copied this from @flash9153. I asked the same think around may 23. --- "You're technically legal even when you are going through the approval process, so you DON'T have to get one. It's good to have an infopass to be on the safe side, if you are able to get an appointment. It'll help you with renewing driver's license and prove to your employer that you are legal. It really depends on your situation whether or not you need it.

My extension letter expired in may, I haven't got an infopass. So far I don't need it for work or driver license. I got approved in April but didn't receive my green card yet..I filed for a I-90. <_<

Made an appt about 12:30 in the morning for an InfoPass appt to get the extension.  If your local office is Minneapolis they release the appts right after midnight. One day at a time.

thank you for your answer. do you know anyone travel outside the country with that stamp? do they have any problem? because i have to travel back to my home country in August due to some emergency issues.

My husband has traveled with the extension letter and I have heard of others traveling with the stamp with no issues.  As long as you have the letter or stamp you will be fine.
