So, I went to the above site and opened an account, and I find this status:

 

February 26, 2018

We received your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will begin processing your case and will review it to make sure you have submitted all of the required information and documents. We will let you know if we need anything else from you.

If you do not receive your notice by March 28, 2018, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.

If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.

 

 

 

 

My question is WHO received my case on February 26th?

(My NOA1 Date is 4/21/2017 at VSC.)  

 

 

 

And, if I go to https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do, I get a different status:

Im in the same boat. Just waiting for the citizenship window to open in June. Local office for me its Helena, and they are processing August of 2017 for n400.

I am feeling a little silly. I made an account at the website you all recommended (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov ), but I can't seem to find the place where they give details about my case or the case status! Please advise on where to look for this within the "My Account" page?

 

Also, I tried to "Verify my identity" on the same page, but they asked for my "Department of State (DOS) Case ID". Where can I find this ?

 

I appreciate any guidance!

i went into my Info Pass to day to extend my almost expired 1 year extension letter. 

When i check in at 7:57am, the check-in guy told me oh yeah if you marry a US Citizen your can is now about 1.5 to 2 yrs of waiting (CRYING INSIDE)

then i went in an since it is very early in the morning i was like the first person for my number D1.

the Officer lady check my case status and she said, ok they receive your case, and it is still under reviewing and it is still at the CA office. '

Then i ask her so why my Receipt number said that my case is at local office. she said that is not possible, she is not sure why, but what she seeing is the case is under review at the USCIS office in CA. 

(CRYING INSIDE AGAIN). 

then it took her about 10mins to get all the paperwork done and get me the stamps, which she said acted like a Green card, you can travel out of country and back in just fine. 

she said that all she can do is check online status, and tell me to hold tight if there will be any approval in the mail. 

So there you go guys. NO LOCAL OFFICE for me even the status of the case changed as everyone else. 

anyway i am planning on inquiry my case by the 28th if i don't see anything.
