This morning I got the same kind email only the date they last took action was February 28th....Weird, I didn't send any update requests. But it's good news, meaning at least it's moving and someone is looking at it. Staying positive :D Great news are coming our way guys!

This is an automated email. You´ll get it on a regular base when you signed up an account on USCIS. You can opt out for those "case inactivity" emails!

Hello everyone, 

My case was received April 7th at VSC. No updates until my case was moved to my local office on February 27th. This morning I woke up to an email saying action was taken on my case. When I login on my uscis account it shows that my name was updated which I never requested but when I just check my number (without login in) it shows no change. Has anyone had that issue?

From what I hear on this forum, it's a great news. They were a couple of people that happened to and then they got an approval email. I hope that's the case for you :D

from what happened to other filers here, it means, most likely they are in process of working on your case
