Sounds good. Yeah do try your best to make monday happen. No more delays. It will go smooth. Blessings:)

Just added myself to the spreadsheet. Filed in early April, finished biometrics in early June. The long waiting game begins. The real question for me whether it makes sense to apply for N-400 in late February when I become eligible. I have seen folks go both ways. Right now I lean toward waiting, having all the paperwork ready and filing for N-400 as soon as I the 10-year GC is approved.

Good luck to all. Looking forward to commiseration in the coming months - especially us VSC filers. :)

Update: Walked in first thing today - Revere, MA center was CROWDED (and they said everyday was like this) - took 2 hours, they noticed I was late and sent me to see a manager who gave me some scolding (same line as people who did early walk in - those did not get scolded but questioned why they wanted to jump the line...). Manager eventually approved us all and we (both the early and the late people) got our biometrics done. PHEW.

Thank you guys!! Now fingers crossed till we hear some update...months from now?

Congrats .that is awesome. Thanks for sharing the good news.I have been wondering the same thing about how long until we hear from them. Hopefully someone else has a better idea of the bigger picture.

The April 2016 thread and people's signatures in the thread might give you an idea... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/622749-i-751-april-2016-filers-part-2-merged/?page=45

I'm not so stressed out about it this time around.  I now know it can take a long time for anything to happen, so my attitude at this point is "it is what it is."  Still sucks to wait so long, but...it is what it is :)

Did your guys' myUSCIS status change from "Received" (... we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC1715650389, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case.)... to something different after you did the biometrics?  I sense these online updates don't mean a whole lot, but I have gotten extension letter and did biometrics since that time..

We are in the same situation. We are going to wait until the this process is done and than start the next one. We just worry things will get mixed up if we file before.

I guess the online status will remain like that until approval.

You can apply for your citizenship while you're still waiting for the 10 years GC approval. However, that will force them to fast track the review of your ROC application which will trigger your file to be sent to the local uscis office for interview.

Thanks, Marney & Brett, I was curious about when the status would change, too. I am guessing that the online status changes at the time that they send out a letter of approval so there's probably no reason to check the online status.

So April 2018 we can apply for N400 then? Any one has any input on whether it requires same load of paperwork ? I mean to ask , should we collect all the financial documents, pictures etc that we collected for ROC? Thank you so much April filers. It feels good to be sharing this journey with all of you. God Bless.

Hello everyone!

I have a silly question....The Tax return just for 2015 will be like 145 pages....Do I need to print it all or just pages with our names on it?

Thanks in advance!!!!

That seems excessive.  You can request tax transcripts from the IRS, ours was 7 or 8 pages for each year.
