Hi babe2012 I just sent the last 6 months ( our joint bank account statment ) when I sent my i 751 last year

Thank you! And also, on the form I-751 it says on the instructions to put N/A if not applicable to you or NONE. Since we don't have a kid, should I put N/A on all the spaces on Part 5-Information about your children. Or just leave those blank?

If you dont put N/A its ok because I have 2 childs and I didnt put N/A in the rest of spaces so I think its ok form I 751 is very easy so just be relax everything will be ok

So it's better to leave it blank rather than putting N/A?

Thank you for your reply. And yea i will file monthly statements. But the thing is that, we got married August 2014 then I got my first job Jan 31,2015 those time i didn't have my husband's name on my checking and savings account and vice versa too with my husband. 

 

We put each other's as a joint owner of our account probably October of 2015. So should I include the ones from Jan 2015-September 2015 even without my husband's name as a joint owner as well on his?

If I was you yes and explain that you didn't have joing acc until xx time what they are interested to see is if you have co- mingling finances like paying rent , insurance etc and I'm sure they will look to those statements and fund out what they want  to see. I have separates accs also them we joined and I sent all those explaining so since we have same bank we have transfer transactions so I explained just to make it clear and there's no confusion about our finances.

Thank you so much! Coz I just opened my bank account when I had my first job since I only babe a work permit those time no conditional GC yet. But we do have the same address coz we are living together. 

 

And on your explanation did you put it on your cover page? Or on a separate sheet of paper?

On my cover letter for example. Exhibit g bank statements acc xxxx. Then I wrote my explanation  I separate with tabs our join acc and I put diferente tab for that time we had separate accounts with explanation

My was cashed this morning, they received my package on 04/05, don't worry they sometimes take more time with some applications this week that probably cash yours !! Good luck

For the payment, did you add the filing fee and biometric fee? Or you issued a 1 check each?
