Hi Guys,

we just got approved.  Just received an I-797 in the mail from the Nebraska Service Center with:

"Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved."

When I logged into uscis.gov it's still stuck on "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction".  It's been stuck on that since back when the case was first transferred to Nebraska (almost 5 months ago).

We were never asked for an interview or RFE.  The whole process took a long time but it's light at the end of the tunnel!!  🎉🎊

I-751 Timeline California Service Center:
NOA Receipt Date: April 08,2017
Biometrics: May 01, 2017
Case Transferred to Nebraska SC: June 26,2018
18 Months Extension Letter Receipt Date: August 3,2018

Still Waiting........

Divorce waiver, got a text saying update on my case last evening then logged in and saw "New Card Is Being Produced". Can't believe my eyes and hopefully it is true!

Here is my timeline:

4/12/17-- Mailed out the application

4/13/17-- Delivered and USCIS's receipt date is 4/13/17

5/15/17-- Finger printed

Then 2/16/18-- Case was received at my local office and found my receipt date changed to 4/25/17 ??

7/5/18-- Case was transferred to TSC

8/24/18- Got notice saying RFE was issued (however, it was dated 8/27 on RFE)

9/1/18-- RFE received

11/14/18-- RFE response mailed out

11/15/18-- Delivered

11/16/18-- Got message saying "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"

11/26/18-- New Card Is Being Produced

I know everything is still unpredictable and don't want to be super relaxed until the card is really received. I have attorney helping my case but I do checked here a lot since this March and got many ideas out of the forum. Thank you very much!

Hang in there and good luck!

You can now officially file to inquire about the status of your case.

For those who have filed this 'Inquiry' before, what is the typical response and result?

I don't get it. I filed at the end of April 2017 to VSC. I was officially out of normal processing time like several months ago!!!!! Not now! Several months ago!

I filed my inquiry on a Friday and they responded that they were working on the inquiry on Monday and the Friday that week I received a mail stating the reason.

I waited about 2+ months and got my 10 year card a few months ago.

So I don't know why people are just outside normal processing time.

hi guys! I received my 10 year green card on 12/7 Friday. But then I found the resident since date looks not right. It's supposed to be 4/7/2016 shown on my conditional green card but the one on this new card is "4/4/2016" and the expiration date seems 2 days off as well. I called the USCIS customer service number on Friday to try to let them know but no one answered. I asked my attorney and she said I will be fine and there wont be any trouble when I travel cause I have booked the ticket to go back home on 12/18. She also said it takes long time for USCIS to process I90.

My questions is: Does anyone have the same issue like me? Will I get in trouble when I come back to US? Thank you very much for the help!

Hi everyone, I have never commented but I read all of your comments and I really appreciate your experiences and advice, I want to post all my dates and experience in this looooonnnnggg process, We are a Gay Married couple living in Miami, I'm from Venezuela and my husband Argentina / American Citizen, CSCfillers. Ok here are my dates:

I-751:

-Send Forms: April 15 2017

-Case was received: May 4, 2017

-Case was received at my local office: February 25, 2018. And changed to February 26, 2017.

-Not a word since then.

Went to receive my 551 Stamp on July 2018.

N-400:

-Send forms online: June 20, 2018

-We received your application: June 22, 2018

-We scheduled your biometrics: June 22, 2018

-Went to biometric appointment: July 9, 2018

-We scheduled your interview: October 22, 2018

-Interview date: December 6, 2018 (Approved both I-751 and Pass N-400 Test)

-Oath ceremony: December 15, 2018

For the interview part:

My husband and I prepared a lot of new evidence to support our marriage and we hope for a combo interview, we went 30 min before, we wait to be call, the officer was super polite and nice and I explained that we have a pending removal of conditions and that my husband was there just in case he needs to interview us, he said that he can wait outside. I entered the office and he said that bringing him was nice and lets see if we need him. He maid me swear and then he start with the form question (all the personal question, address, phone number, etc etc etc). Then he ask me to read a sentence in a tablet (Abraham Lincoln was a general during the civil war) and then he ask me to write in the tablet (Lincoln was a general during the civil war). Then he ask me 4 question (Longest river, date of independence adopted, name of the speaker of the house and name of the president now) and he said ok congratulations you pass your test, let me close your 751 case and we are done so they can give you your letter for the oath ceremony outside. At the end he did'n check our evidence, not interview with my husband and he was really nice. Now to prepare for my oath ceremony. We are really happy and we are really grateful with all your comments. I wish  you all the best and hopefully everyone will be citizen in no time.

PD: No update in the status on the USCIS page or any place jet but I already have my letter with date and time of ceremony.
