I sent mine out yesterday and they received it today at 4/26/2017...I've been reading your guys' checklist and realized that i didn't include much in my package. Here is what I have:

  • Six pictures of us on vacation, with friends, and with family;
  • House deed, home owner insurance with both our names
  • County property tax statement
  • Car insurance
  • Joint bank account's most recent statement (the check used to pay the fees are also with that account, we used this also when we filed I130)
  • Last year's tax transcript (we filed an extension this year so no transcript for 2016)

I feel like my package is soooo thin....now I'm worried lol

Don't  worry if they ask for more evidence just send it, meanwhile gather all evidence you can collect if that ask for more. Good luck

Hello everyone... Just a quick question: I notice that a lot of people sent one check covering the I-751 fees and the biometrics fees. I filed sending two separate checks. I did not include my A# number on the checks as I did not see that requirement anywhere in the USCIS instructions. Some mention that they included their A# number on their check. Is it possible to get rejected for these reasons? Again, I send my package on 4/8 to VSC and no news since then. I am worried because my card expires on 5/7 and I thought that I would have received a respond by now.

Hi G&V K,

I haven't placed my A# number on my check too but I received the NOA1. I think it's not required to place the A# on the check don't worry. Regards.

I really don't want them to ask for more....I honestly thought mine was more than enough until I saw others'. We don't do a lot of bookkeeping and when we go on vacation together we have different taking off and landing airports because we travel a lot for work and meet up for vacation and left for different places..I used the same joint bank account when filed I129F, I485 since 2013 so didn't bother sending more statements to them...wonder if they would pull out AOS documents when they review I751...

I try with NOA 1 didn't work. But when I receive my biometric appointment letter I try with the number of the  right bottom and it works, that's the number to track on your status it was mentioned in another topic, did you receive your biometric app yet?

I called USCIC today to ask if I could check my case ID since I haven't received my NOA1.

The lady said for VSC (or any SC), we can only check case ID using our A# after 30 days the package was delivered.

So...keep waiting.

My green card expires in July, so I suppose I still have some time. But still, the wait is really killing me.
