Hey everyone,

I am the USC as my wife is actually the petitioner.  I have been absent from the forums for almost two years as we focused in every day lives, but just wanted to comment here, same with you as an April 2017 filer, that we both are grateful for your help in this site and in particular this topic. Even that I didn't write nothing but I read most of the replies.

My wife finally was approved last August 27th to get the 10 years green card, all the complete process lasted 5 years from our first meeting to now, with two blessed children during the road. We were lucky in no getting interview or RFE.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate what you are doing in the forums and hopefully you keep doing the same, and for those who don't know nothing yet about your ROCs, don't desperate, soon you'll get great news!

Happy tuesday folks, I just checked the Nebraska service center processing times and they seemed to have regressed further than CSC. Not sure if this is their way of moving the goal post to avoid all the service requests but this is just terrible in general.

Our case has been with VSC from Day 1.

Have you made inquiries about your case? You probably know that most VSC filers have already received their cards. Is your case with a divorce waiver (which sometimes can cause delays)?

Yes, we have made inquiries.  Answer always comes back - a decision will be made in 60 days.  No divorce waiver in our case!??
