Hey omar, don't need worry they waived fees for some people because they are getting delay on processing. Just give a call to uscis and ask about it to make sure. Be patient. All is well.

So a question for you all - how many are still awaiting approval? And has anyone that filed N-400 been approved for their greencard only?

I see June 2017 filers being approved today. Thanks all!

I am still waiting. But I did apply for N-400 and had my I-751 transferred to NBC, so I'm not expecting to hear back about I-751 separately.

I am expecting a joint ROC and Naturalization interview when my turn comes at my local office (probably around November, based on other timelines I am seeing at my local office).

K-1 Visa:                                                                             ROC:

05-30-2014 - NOA2 Approved                                         04/20/2017 - NOA received

09-10-2014 - Interview- VISA APPROVED                      05/12/2017 - Biometrics

                                                                                              11/29/2018 - Approved

AOS:                                                                                       Naturalization:

02-26-2015 - Filed for AOS, EAD & AP                              27-03-2018 - Filed online application

Thanks for getting back to me. Mine was never transferred to NBC at least from what I can see online. I had no updates since transferred to local office in February. I am holding out for an approval but maybe it’s wishful thinking!

Best of luck to you! USCIS is so unpredictable, you never know what these things mean and how it will work out in the end.

I'm keeping my expectations low and waiting to hear about a joint interview in November.

We are still waiting.  NOA1 was 21 April 2017.  Did biometrics for mother and two children in May of 2017.  No RFE.  One of two children asked to provide biometrics info again in May 2018.  Received 18 month extension NOA this month.

You are right @SD12, not quite sure as to why they aren't processing cases quickly. The whole purpose of the transfer was to lessen the burden on CSC and to processes cases expeditiously.

I see a few june aprovals trickling through, hopefully NSC gets their act together and approves you guys. I believe that the cases trasnferred to NSC are the ones pending so far

March 29 here. Nope. My inquiry said, "Transferred cases will be worked within 60 days from Transfer Notice issuance."  And in another 10 days if I don't get a reply then I'm going to send a Congressional inquiry.

Special note, ROC was transferred to NSC before we filed for N400, we do know that the cases were NOT combined.
