Affidavit Of Support Requirements?

So I'll be filing the I-130 soon to petition for my fiance who is in the Philippines to come here to Denver, CO  I make about 23,000 annually so I know I'll meet the %100 poverty guidelines for $16,240, but I'm worried about when she gets here and I go to apply for the AOS that I'll not meet %125 of $20,300. Although I make over the %125 annually, I missed a few days work in March because of hospital visits and I'm afraid when I get my tax returns next year that it wont show enough made. Will this affect me at all? Would it help to get a letter from my employer stating how much I make? What should I do? I'm so worried. I don't really have anyone to ask and my mom (who is the only parent I have)  didn't really make that much last year either.

You can use your assets to supplement your income or get a co-sponsor

Also, you don't file i-130 for a fiancé(e).

You need to file an I-129F for a fiance to enter the US and marry you within 90 days. Then you file for AOS. The I-130 would be for a spouse, which she does not qualify for yet (and you won't need to do for AOS from a K-1 visa).

 

You can use a joint sponsor for the I-864 for AOS. You can also use assets instead of or alongside current income.

 

For the I-134, you only need the 100% so you should be fine. Manila tends to not even ask for it (but have it ready in case they do!!!).

Oops sorry that was a typo. I've already filled out the I-129F. Just getting all the documents together before we send them out. I'm also thinking of taking a part time job until then to help meet the income requirements.
