de7wcc,

First the USCIS site showing processing dates for the I-129f (September 2006) - this is alarming but don't be. This date is the oldest I129F they are processing (you'd think they would show the newest one, but they don't). They are processing petitions much further down the road (Like January)

Next - if you fill in your time-line - you'll get a better idea of when your case may be adjudicated (not an exact science, but pretty darn close for most people).

Touches - some cases get many touches before getting approved while others very few (ours only touched once for example). So don't be terribly concerned if you're not getting touched - I know that's easier said than done, but just don't.

So fill in your time-line - take a look at your possible Adjudication date and start preparing for the next step..

On average, people who have sent their petitions to TSC/CSC/NSC are getting their approvals within 90 days. Some people don't get their stuff approved that quickly but like I said, it's just an average number. You may get your NOA2 soon since you filed in January.

CR-1

02/05/07 - I-130 sent to NSC

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
