I don't want Russia influencing our electoral process in either direction, and I don't want any President (Democrat or Republican) feeling beholden to Trump for "favours" or due to blackmail. Trump is our President. If there is evidence, it needs to be investigated. It's a matter of National Security. Hillary is lost in the forest somewhere. You can't use the "But Hillary did this" excuse. Save that for the 6 year olds.

 

The insistence on bringing Hillary Clinton into the Russian agenda goes to show how people perceive Hillary to be politically stronger and more relevant than Trump. Even though the electoral college didn't confirm her as president, the MDRs can't let go of the fact she won the popular vote. The Russian involvement in the elections only make Trumps mandate all the more questionable, and to some extent untenable, as the world has witnessed since the inauguration.

Not really if anything the lefts hilariously childish tantrums are alienating us independents and making Trump look better much like birthers did for Obama. Although the left have certainly won in terms of who can throw the biggest tantrums. Trying to reason with the left is exactly like trying to reason with birthers, except birthers never marketed themselves as arbiters of logic and science, nor did they infiltrate government like these anti Trump conspiracy nuts have, not to mention liberals using the public education system to proselytize to children their political stupidity, encouraging and taking them on fields trips to protest Trump. It's beyond a simple opposition and with all the violence the left has spurred borderline militant. This behavior as I said alienates independents regardless of party and is only going to exacerbate your apparent torture by having Trump President for 8 years.

I think honestly people get him confused with Snowden. That or they don't know the meaning of traitor.

 

You can label him a lot of things, but you can't label him a traitor (to America at leasts). He has, I think, leaked information about Australia (though nothing quite significant as his US leaks) so I guess he could be an Australian traitor?

 

Thank being said I don't really like the guy. Not sure what label to use though. He isn't really a terrorist either. I don't know if "cyberterrorist" has an official definition, but if it follows after a terrorist it wouldn't fit either. A terrorist needs to be spreading fear through violence or intimidation. He isn't violent, and he isn't really "intimidating" people as much as he is just releasing stuff that is supposed to remain secret (and potentially making stuff up, I don't really know).

That is the title of the article. The rules of this forum state when posting an article you have to use the title of that article in the post. If I could choose my own title it would have been something along the lines of "Democrats hypocrisy on Russia ties" or something along those lines. I don't know if Podesta committed any crimes or not. Time will tell. That is not the reason I posted the article. I posted it to show the Democrats are the ones with ties to the Russian government while accusing Trump of what they are guilty of.

How do you figure that? There isn't a single shred of evidence linking Trump to the Russian government but there is plenty of evidence linking the Democrats to the Russian government. I know it's hard to accept that your side are the guilty ones but that doesn't mean you get to accuse the other side of what your side is guilty of with no evidence whatsoever.
