Received my letter while I was away on vacation. Letter was dated 26 June 2007. My AOS interview is in St. Louis at 2 pm the 21st of August 2007. Yeah!!

Complaining out loud DOES work! I just got a CRIS email saying that my EAD card production was ordered. irishgirl73, yours should be soon!

got an e-mail from CSC, they don't respond to e-mails....blah blah blah...I sent an e-mail on 6-20 & they are just responding now! I am NOT happy

I know it sucks not having the card or email yet when others do, but I'm sure yours will come soon. I filed eight days after you and got my email about EAD yesterday. However, it would also be a mistake to obsess over others' processing times, as my paperwork is at Missouri and yours is in California, if I read that correctly. Remember that, come July 10 (which will be 90 days for you), you can apply for an interim EAD. Cold comfort, maybe, but I'd be very surprised if your EAD isn't approved within the next six days. I have a question about AP. I received an email saying that they'd "mailed" (as in snail-mailed) me "a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT." How long does this take to arrive? It's now July 6! I realize that there was a national holiday two days ago, but I'm wondering how long it takes for the real-life-hard-copy-omg-it's-on-paper notice to arrive in my mail box.

Your timeline is very similar to mine, and my case is at Missouri as well. You received your notification of card production on the same day as I did, too. I'm thinking that my EAD will arrive on about the 15th. But it may be sooner! Every trip to the mail box is kind of exciting now...

Got my EAD today in the mail! Was mailed from Lee's Summit, Missouri 2 days ago in a plain white envelope. Doesn't say USCIS on it. Others who were approved for EAD this past week should be receiving theirs soon.

Been awhile since I've checked in here.

Congrats misa on your EAD! I've been following your timeline hoping you would get it soon...I guess being in Richmond I feel 'bonded' to you as a fellow Virginian

Congrats to everyone else on there approvals!

As for me, I have my greencard in hand and I'm currently looking for a job. Need to find one soon because hubby and I need to move out of his bachelor apartment and into something more of a home haha.
