I got a little excited after seeing so many EAD cards ordered and so I went to check the website and found ours was updated today to 'card production ordered' too... That machine must be smoking.

I love seeing all of these approvals (especially when i saw mine )

I do feel bad though that my AOS was approved in just over 2 months, and other people are still waiting from long before. Hopefully they will get their approvals soon. And hopefully we see more April Approvals!

The EAD approval letter was mailed today, according to USCIS website notice I just read. Does anyone know how long it is between the "Card has been ordered for production" , the approval letter being sent and receiving the card in the mail?

good luck with your pending interview txgirl...Take anything that shows 'co-mingling of funds' such as bank statements, credit cards, insurance (auto, health, etc), lease/mortgage if you have added him (I had my landlord write a letter stating he knew Omar was living at my address; since I'm moving in 2 weeks there was no need/reason to re-do the lease agreement), pictures of activities you have done together...things like that. There was actually a list of required things that was part of the interview notice, now that I think of it.

I'm putting together the stuff I need to take on Thursday (interview), this is what I have for relationship proof...

Car insurance in both names for 4 x 6 month periods (june 2005 - present)

Variety of bank statements in both names, 2 seperate banks spanning 3 - 4 years.

Insurance cards with all family names on.

Tax returns from IRS with filing status showing jointly filed for past 3 years.

Various bills in individual names (but same address)

Do I need the most current bank statements?

There aren't many pictures with me in as I'm the designated picture taker, would holiday pics with hubby and the kids be ok. I have about 3 wedding pictures and they were taken by my sis in law so you can imagine how great they are

It's been a big week for everyone, it seems, and a busy one for me, or I'd have posted more.

We got three touches from our initial approval for the EAD, and it showed up yesterday in the mail. I'm super-relieved that we're a step closer in the process; now we just need to wait to clear the background checks.
