Hey everybody....what a shocker when we got our interview letter today! Only 8 days after Biometrics! Anyway, our interview is on July 13th in Chula Vista, CA. We are so excited!!!

09/21/06 - 129F NOA1 Received

11/16/06 - 129 F NOA2 Received

11/30/06 - NVC Received Info

12/21/06 - CDJ received info

01/30/07 - I received an email saying that the packet should arrive in 3-5 days!

02/01/07 - I GOT THE PACKET!

02/26/07 - Medical in Juarez

02/27/07 - Interview at Consulate - Visa APPROVED!

02/28/07 - Back to the Consulate to pick up the Visa!

02/28/07 - Crossed into the US in El Paso and flew home to San Diego!

04/04/07 - Civil Ceremony!!! We're MARRIED!

06/16/07 - Real ceremony (with family, friends, etc.)

And hopefully sometime before the end of the year - Mexico wedding with HIS family

04/24/07 - Filing AOS and EAD

04/26/07 - Packet received in Chicago

05/01/07 - NOA1 Date

05/02/07 - Checks are cashed

05/05/07 - Receive NOA1 in the mail (AOS, EAD)

05/09/07 - Receive Biometrics appointment in the mail

05/15/07 - Touched (AOS, EAD)

05/18/07 - Biometrics Appointment

05/21/07 - Touched (AOS, EAD)

05/26/07 - Received Interview Letter

07/10/07 - Received email that EAD has been approved!

07/13/07 - Interview - APPROVED With Stamp!!!!!!

Grrr... I feel like my case is being bypassed or something. Almost everyone has received a transfer or interview letter aside from a few of us.

Our transfer letter arrived today...About a week after biometrics. There weren't any instructions on doing anything else, so that's good.

CIS Office : Philadelphia PA

08/25/09 I-751 Sent to VSC

08/26/09 Package arrives at VSC

08/31/09 Check is Cashed/Clears

08/27/09 NOA

09/24/09 Biometrics

11/24/09 Approval letter arrives!

I'm hanging in there but I hate this process (as does everyone else!)... Just want to know where the hell my case is at, know what i mean? Even if I got a letter saying my interview was say, 6 months from today, that would be better than not knowing! Is it still at Missouri? At my district office? In the pile for CSC transfers? Who knows! :P

I'm hoping that "something" happens... whatever that is. :)

I hate this process too! No information about biometrics even! BUT! I got a letter from USCIS that says that a person listed bellow called about changing the address. It has my name. But the case number is not mine and there were written that the law only allow to call about your own case.

I checked this number online on their site and it said they got those petition January, 16.

Damn it! IT IS NOT MY CASE!!! Why did they send this to me?! My husband was so surprised. We both tried to understand what it means. No way.

They had better sent me an invitation for biometrics, instead if sending wrong letter about wrong case :-(
