HELLO!

Hey guys... ! they cashed the checks yesterday..... So I think my package was complete!

I tell you something:

my mother in law is filing AOS for her new Irish husband, she sent their AOS package a week before us and 5 days later she got the whole package back!! with a red seal on it: received on 00/00/07) and a NOA with checks sttapled, saying:

"Your package is incomplete. Please correct following errors and resent".

(and a list of errors)

so, they sending back incomplete packages and not RFEs in the future? what do you guys know about it??

I think you MIL probably f'd up the package so bad that they send it back rather than proceeding with it.

It was more than likely missing a ton of stuff.

If a package appears complete, they will proceed with processing. You can still get an RFE depending on what the adjudicator finds. Good luck to you and your MIL.

Hey guys... is it just me or does this whole thing seem that much easier because you are already WITH your husband/wife? I was so nervous every day checking everything before with the 129F...and now it's like "Oh...the got the packet...cool. Or... ok, so they cashed the checks..." I mean...it's so much easier to take the waiting when I can go home to my husband every day! So cool!!!

ANyway, just like Jashley820, they cashed my checks yesterday. Ouch. :o)

I agree 100%. It seems alot easier now since we have our honey with us. I am so thankful she is here now. My sunshine is here. I am so happy.

I think I should complain on here more often! Every time I do I get something in the mail

My biometrics letter came today. My appt. is on May 16.

Me too. Maybe if we all complain, we may all bypass interview.....

I agree with you guys. The day I posted about only receiving NOA on EAD and not AOS, I got the one for AOS! So complain away!! Apparently it works...

Anyone here done biometrics in Seattle? Is it a pretty simple in and out procedure?

Absolutely!!!:dance: I used to check the uscis website not once but like 4 times daily for a sign of action on our file with the K1. Now I look maybe once a week or so, but am really only concerned about the EAD as my husband isn't planning to go back home until 2008. With them by your side, it's like, give me a STACK of paperwork, I don't care as long as he is with me while I fill it out!

Uh thanks but it says your local office is Vermont...why is he coming to Seattle for prints??

I'll look forward to your reply in the next day or so.

Welcome to Seattle. Maybe we'll nearly meet up at INS for interview. Our biometrics are only one business day apart!

I signed up to receive email notices, but didn't get a notice about this. HOWEVER I was last touched the 1st of May, and then received this notice by USPS today.

We're running with just a day or two diffence, so you'll probably hear about your biometrics in a few days!
