Ok, all my fretting was in vain. Tita got her biometrics appointment letter today. She is scheduled for May 15, 2007.

And we never got an email notification, even though the notice date is April 23rd. So go figure that out.

I don't believe they update your case status for the biometrics appointment at all, it only comes in the mail. My online case status hasn't changed since NOA1 and I have a biometrics appointment too.

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

06/30/2009: Biometrics Appt Cancelled...

07/08/2009: Original Biometrics Appt

March 10, 2011 received the IV Fee invoice via email
March 16. 2011 sent check via USPS

Received an email this morning stating that my case has been moved to California. Hope that this is a good sign.

Does my I-765 get moved there too? Or where is that completed at?

Same here, I did not get any updates online or email. I dont know y? Is anybody know how to resove this problem as i want to know current status of my case.

2011 Nov: Voluntarily Abandoned PR green card (due to relocation oversea). Received FREE B1/B2 & C1/D Crew US visa

2024 APR: Planned for EB2-C from Taiwan as Professional Pilot

oops! My NOA was received by me in the mail yesterday, the 30th. It said on the paper, NOA issued 26 April 2007. I don't know what dates you're using! Hope this helps!

Thanks cartoboy!! I thought that we were using the date that the NOA was received...but now I am not sure, because the first 5 in the table seems to have the NOA date (not the date that they received it)...well...If somebody could help me...
